At New Hope Cat Rescue, every cat matters — especially the overlooked, the abandoned, and the ones still waiting for their forever home. Based in Johnson City, TN, we are a volunteer-driven nonprofit committed to rescuing community cats of all ages and giving them the care, safety, and second chances they deserve.

Inspired by Cedric — the beloved cat of our founder, Fred, and the heart behind our mission — we work through fundraising, education, and compassionate fostering to place each cat in a loving, compatible home. Whether through adoption, advocacy, or simply raising awareness, we believe every small act of kindness brings new hope.
